All services are governed by individual service agreements or invoices. Due to the nature of consulting, dispatching, and compliance support, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once work has begun unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delays or penalties resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information
Missed deadlines due to non-responsiveness or delayed payments
Any losses or damages resulting from carrier operations or DOT actions
